The central entertainment and sports site for tourists and city residents dedicated to 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. The spectators named history's first Football and Recreation Park the "13th Stadium" of 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. 
During the operation of the Football and Recreation Park, the following were arranged: gala opening of the site attended Ьу FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura, а match between FIFA Legends and Russian football stars, а visit Ьу Russian President V. V. Putin, daily programs with stars of world football and football matches.
