Anshlag in Cyprus – 2004. "Women on stage"

ANSHLAG is the brightest and most popular TV program in Russia. The show is aired by the State Russian Channel II (RTR) (ratings of the program – 28 %, audience – over 90 million people in Russia and CIS countries).
The show has been on television for over 17 years and has through time become very popular as it presdents the most talented and professional comic artists such as parodists, comedians, comic writers, singers and many others. "ANSHLAG" is always presented to full houses and is one of the most successful shows of Russian television.
On July 21, 2004, 3 famous actresses of the Russian stage performed at the "Kipotheatro", the open air theatre in Limassol.
The show that was eagerly awaited, was performed to a full house – that was also the title of the program – as the tickets were sold out many days before the performance to the many Russian visitors as to the Russians living in Cyprus.
The performance was shot and broadcast by the State Russian Channel II (RTR) in October 2004.
Special tourist packages – "To Cyprus with ‘Anshlag" – were organized by the KOLIZEY production center (that also included tickets to the performance). These packages made it possible for a large number of Russian tourists to visit the beautiful island and to have the opportunity to watch their favourite artists and attend the shooting of the show as it toured around the island.
Among the honorary guests who attended were: representatives of the Russian Embassy in Cyprus, representatives of the Russian Cultural Center in Cyprus, prominent businessmen, cultural and public figures and journalists of all major Cypriot media.
